Worse Courier Service Company with zero care for customer care and service.

East London Aramex branch is the poorest of them all, they truly do not care about customer service. This is the 13th day, that my parcel is with them

I have been expecting my parcel since the first communication i received from Aramex on the 1st of December, stating that my shipment is out for delivery. The parcel never came.

I have been receiving the message on a daily basis thereafter, stating each day thay my parcel is out for delivery, but till today i have not received it.

I called the call centre on 2 occasions, and was told that the number i provided is not correct, which is not true, i provided the correct number. Then they said they could not pick up my address, I provided my address. Still, no delivery. Called the call centre again, they promised delivery, but I have not received my parcel.

I am not pleased with their service and running out of patience. Now they have gone silent no communication at all
