WONT RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL!!!

I have had the worst service. Ordered in the 14 November and still have not received my parcel. Tracking has said in transit from JHB since the 22nd of december and Im not even in JHB I am in Durban. This was for Christmas. Such a huge disappointment. I need my parcel for new years now and then I will never use aramex ever again!!!! Bring me my parcel
