Without Xander you would have received a very bad review from me

My sister sent me a package on the 5th of June 2020, but I did not receive it. When I looked on the tracker, it showed that they tried to deliver twice however, I am at home and did not receive it. (Today is the 12th of June already) When I called them Xander from the Pretoria branch assisted me and noted that someone changed the address. Zero stars for whoever made this mistake!! Xander quickly arranged for delivery today, without him you would certainly have received a bad review from me. I honestly feel that you should refund my sister. Thank you Xander for your excellent service!!
