Will never use them again

<p>The worst courier company I have ever used. I paid for a parcel to delivered to me overnight on Monday 7 November 2016 from Johannesburg to Potchefstroom. On Wednesday when I did not receive my parcel, I phoned Aramex. I was promised the parcel will be delivered to me by 17:00 on the latest. Nothing came. I phoned yesterday. They said it would be delivered the latest at 14:00.... nothing came. I phoned again, then they said on the latest it would be delivered 17:00. I'm still waiting. I have a job and every time I need to plan my things so I can be there when they deliver, so they really waste my time. Their excuse is that they use a third party and they take so long. Well I pay Aramex, I do not pay a third party so they must get better third parties to contract for them. I even wrote to them on Facebook but they will get back to me the soonest...</p>
