Will NEVER use their service again

Absolutely horrible, have been waiting several days for a package that was supposed to take 2-3 working days. Their excuse is, it’s the festive season and they are a bit under pressure. Uh, there are two days, the 25th and 26th that were holidays, I ordered my package the 21st, today is the 30th. I have a job too, being under pressure is part of it. If you can’t cope with the pressure, then surely you’re in the wrong line of work. I also contacted them to change the shipping details seeing that I am not at the same location I would have been, if it took 2-3 working days. While on the phone with me, they informed me that they will phone me to update the details. Why not update the details now while you have me on the line??? Still waiting for their call, still waiting for my shipment. Horrible, no company should use their service.
