Will never use again

Terrible service , every time I use Aramex they will keep my package in Johannesburg for a week before sending out a customs email. Package was meant to arrive in Cape Town on the 6th of December and it’s the 14th and it’s still in Johannesburg. You can call them but they will either not answer at all or will keep you on hold for hours . Terrible service - will never be using them again
