Will never recommend their service

I ordered medicine online and it was dispatched the same day. It is now almost a week later, no parcel and everyone at Aramex has no clue as to where my parcel is. Various emails, called them aswell, I get cut off, or they are off line. This is really very disappointing from a well known delivery company
