Why the long wait?????

I am waiting for a overseas parcel.

I was asked for my importers code which I did give, then an invoice was required for customs, which I did give.

There was a querie and I was told 2-3 days I will have an invoice.

After almost 2 weeks I sent emails with no response. On Thursday I contacted Ruth Telephonically to find out what is going on, She said she released the paperwork to accounts, and told me that she only opened the file. But I was communicating with her the whole time.

After speaking to her, I had to phone accounts, and no one knows about my file, untill now, I have received no email or anything from Aramex to inform me what I have to pay.

Ieven sent a email to Aramex, but I still have had no reply.

How long do I still have to wait????

Dear Mr Bulow

We have investigated the matter and recieved the below feedback:

 • Subsequent to a Customs stop and inspection they have requested an adjustment to be done as the value declared on original declaration and invoice is less than the proof of payment produced. A penalty has been issued by Customs in this regard.
 • VOC amendment and penalty documents has been processed and finalized. A new Customs Duty Invoice will be sent to you this morning for payment.

Kind regards
