WHERE IS MY SHEIN PARCEL??!!

WHERE IS MY SHEIN DELIVERY!!!!!!! i have been sending emails and calling almost everyday to retrieve my lost parcel from SHEIN and no one is helping me - i have been waiting for 8weeks for an update- all i know is that Aramex has escalated the issue and doing a floor search- with no updates! Worse part is that no one knows anything about this and suddenly emails bounce back and certain agents are on leave- THIS IS A **** SHOW- R9000 GONE WITHOUT A TRACE! I am going to sue U!
