Where is my parcel?? shipped on the 3rd and I am still waiting for it?

A parcel was send to me on the 3rd of December and I am still waiting for it?? on the tracking app it say it is out for delivery for the last 5 days. the phone number in jhb is also not working as you keep on holding on for hours!!! I am not impressed with your service at all!
