Where is my parcel???

I went to Pick n Pay Mall of the South to send a parcel through Aramex. I asked the lady at the Aramex counter if they deliver to other Pick n Pays because i saw their deliveries are store-to-door. The lady assured me that they do deliver to other stores and i wrote Pick n Pay Aliwal North as the destination.

The parcel arrived at Bloemfontein and there was silence. It is only when i called that i was informed they require an address because they do not deliver at stores. I even called the Aliwal North Pick n Pay and they assured me they do not have a problem receiving and keeping the parcel but Aramex refused to deliver.

I eventually requested them to return the parcel to the sender in Secunda. The notes say returned to sender since the 24th April and i haven't received my parcel or even a phone call.

This is my first experience with Aramex and i must say i am greatly disappointed. I still don't know where my parcel is.
