Where is my parcel?

Where is my parcel ***? I was promised that it'd be here at 5pm. Its 18h38 and no sign of your guy. For your sakes I hope you haven't lost it. Yes I get that Lephalale is a remote area but its been 3 days now. I've run out airtime calling your branches and each branch tells a different story. I want to use this parcel tomorrow so please.
