Where is my package?? 24 days in counting....

Aramex has had my package since the beginning of December and have still not delivered. I made an order on the 27th of November and expected delivery within 14 days as notified however here I sit on the 21st of December waiting. I got through to them on their helpline once 5 days ago but since then, mo one answers their phone lines or their WhatsApp line. And not only that their website indicated my packaged was cleared and ready to be delivered but on the phone the call centre agent verified that my package was still at the airport and not at the distribution centre as it was "pre-cleared". I am so angry at the dishonest nature of the tracking updates and the shocking treatment I have received from Aramex. I hope I never have to deal with them again.
