Where is my package?

I’m currently having a very disappointing experience with Aramex. As of now, I haven’t received any delivery updates. I’ve spent a long time on hold, waiting for assistance. When I finally got through, I was told that my package was out for delivery. However, it’s now past 5 p.m., and the package still hasn’t arrived. I’m waiting after hours at my workplace, based on the assurances I received over the phone and on WhatsApp that it would be delivered today.

I’ve called again, and the representative promised to check with the driver and have them call me, but I still haven’t received any call or update. There have been no messages or notifications about any delays, and I have no idea where my package is or when I’ll receive it.
