Where did my parcel go....

I have been expecting a rather urgent delivery now for almost a week. A lady from Aramex phoned me yesterday morning to confirm phone numbers and address. And that the delivery will take place the next day(today). Today came and went... No delivery and parcel gets returned.. the number on the parcel is wrong. Couldn't get hold off me.. So now I ask you with tears in my eyes.. How do you explain this? Do Aramex employees each live on their planet? not confirming, not speaking, not delivering and updating delivery info...
