When using Aramax, expect to be disappointed.

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 12th of December 2022, when it first arrived in South Africa, I was supposed to receive it right before Christmas for me and my sisters' presents that we were so excited to receive, it is now the 6th of January... I have called them eight times already, the first being on the 23rd of December 2022 and the most recent one being today at 3pm. Each time that I've called them they said that it is out for delivery or that the institute is under renovations, have you ever heard that a parcel will not be delivered because of renovations??? Because I certainly have not... And why would they be chosen for the courier service and surely renovations should be planned a few months before hand, so they should've out of obligation not take any parcels, is it not?? I am extremely disappointed in this courier service, and it is my first and last time i will ever be using them!! I am for one extremely disappointed, heartbroken and still without a Christmas present.
