Appalling service. Rude staff and totally unable to deliver a parcel in their possession after 2 weeks. Parcel still not delivered.

And again a company, where when you want to talk to a Manager, they just do not exist. No one will provide a Senior Managers Name and it is impossible to contact or speak to a Manager via the Aramex Contact details on their site - or via their Call Centre.

Perhaps this is the very reason their service is so shocking - Managers do not communicate with customers? Perhaps they are unaware of the fact that customers at the end of the day pay their salaries?
