What use is a courier company that can't deliver a parcel?

Shipment was out for delivery yesterday 9th March but never arrived. It was rescheduled to today and the driver has just called from the wrong address. You have one job, to deliver parcels to the correct address. It's not brain surgery but you seem unable to do that one simple thing. Utterly frustrated and upset but not surprised by this latest example of rank incompetence. I would like that parcel today before 12pm.
