WHAT THE ACTUAL ****!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone ever actually gotten through to the tracking department via phone call? I have been holding for 45 minutes and no one has answered my call. I don't even want to start with the unreliable app that they keep directing me to, THAT APP IS *******! Worst service ever!!!!!!!
