What's the point of 24 hour line with no answer?

<p>The tracking service shows my parcel has been in a sorting location for almost 18 hours. My event is on Sunday and on Friday night I still don't have my tickets. Waiting on their 24 hour helpline for an hour for someone to answer. The service is so pathetic. An automated voice talks every 1. Inure advising of their tracking service which shows my package in store for 18 - again what's the use? </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never ever use your service again and to people who read a this, trust me not worth the stress.
