What an *********** group of consultants!!!

I ordered from Shein and already paid for custom, on the system there are updates made about my order being moved between Sandton and JHB but there is no delivery attempt at all and this has been going on for 3 weeks now. The first and only time I got a hold of a consultant was two days after I paid for custom and she said they just make system updates to finish the paperwork on time but dont have the package as of yet. I have been calling ever since to find out whats going on since more updates were made but no answer nor comunication from their side what so ever. I dont know when they're planning on delivering because shein agents said they have already sent the order and it has been cleared in South African customs. I dont know who trained these consultants, but they know nothing about customer service let alone GOOD customer service!
