What a horrible experience once again

What a horrible experience once again. I've been using Aramex for a while now, maybe once or twice a month. This is the 3rd time I've been encountering another horrible experience. Packages not being collected when it should be collected. Delivery not happening on after 1-3 days as scheduled and then I'm asking if they can escalate the delivery to perhaps overnight as it's extremely important and they just don't care! The really need to step up. STAY FAR AWAY!
