We'll deliver tomorrow, we promise.... Sorry it's been hijacked, there's nothing we can do.

Aramex was supposed to deliver my Christmas parcel last week. I've been calling them since Friday for them to then say I'll get my parcel tomorrow. I call the day after the tomorrow they had promised and a lady arrogantly tells me that the parcel has been hijacked and there's nothing they can do. This is shocking service to have to chase after a courier company for your parcel to be then be told a week later that it has been hijacked. None of this would have happened if they had the decency to call customers when customers have been placed on hold for longer than 5 minutes (after spending 45 min between holding and being told I'm being transferred). Last week was the last chance to place an order before Christmas so Aramax has ruined it. Rather do postnet, rather a day late than never...
