Warning: Beware of Aramex's Dishonest Practices and Poor Customer Service"

Aramex will intentionally overcharge you for customs duties. When you ask them to correct it, they intentionally delay your package as a form of punishment for exposing their wrongdoing. I have sent numerous emails, but there has been no response. They simply don't care about their customers and seem to be in the business of robbing them. I had to go through a lengthy process to claim damages for products intentionally damaged during inspections. Now they are ensuring they punish me for doing business with them. Be careful when dealing with Aramex and avoid them if you're not willing to accept improper customer service.
