Waiting for parcel for 4 days that driver is driving around with

Been waiting for an overnight delivery that was suppose to been delivered on Tuesday. Was loaded and the response later that day according to the update, os that customer not available. I was waiting the whole day, same Wednesday aswell as Thursday. Contact them several times and reply is will make it urgent. Worse of it all, its medical stuff. Im so tired of Aramex. Will defnitly not use them again. Wish I could give - 5 stars. Will defnitly complain at the ombudsman. Same was with a delivery last week.
