Waiting 2 weeks for package less than 30km from my house!

I ordered products from Amazon on 7 Dec 2020 and they sent two packages. One arrived on 16 Dec 2020 and the other on 18 Dec 2020. Oddly, I received the one that arrived on 18 Dec 2020 on 28 Dec 2020. However, I have *still* not received the one that landed here on 16 Dec 2020.

Amazon managed to get the package thousands of miles from America to SA in 9 days and it has now been in Linbro park since 16 Dec... less than 30km from my house. This is just crazy. What on earth is the holdup? I have now e-mailed twice without a response.

I really do not know why Amazon uses these folks. They are just terrible... as can be seen from the many reviews here.
