Waist of money and request to much personal documents that have nothing to do with delivering the parcel
Don’t use Aromax. They are useless and you will pay a lot of money for a 24 hour delivery that will turn into a week and they keep on requesting info. They want my id number, tax number and so much more personal info that have nothing to do with the delivery or a order. They should just request my id number and that’s it. But I guess they are lazy and think of ways to not send my package

05 Nov 2022, 10:23Can aromax please inform me when my package will be delivered? I paid a lot of money for it to be delivered as soon as possible. Your website garantee a 24 hour delivery and I want everyone to know that’s a ****. I paid a lot of money for it to be delivered as soon as posible. It took 2 days to get packed, tested, courier and shipped from Hong Kong to South Africa. And in South Africa you so pathetic I been waiting a week now. And don’t tell me about customs, this package is cleared from customs 3 days ago. Customs took two days. Now there is no further update. The CEO, needs to look into the manager at this company if you have a useless manager or managers you’ll see how your business will be going into the ground. Your drivers must make delivering of package a priority put cameras in delivery fans and fire those who always deliver late. I needed my parcel 2 days ago. I drive a Cherry QQ AND needed to order a idiling sensor from Hong Kong. Because I don’t find it in S.A. Let me also add…Cherry in South Africa charge R4000 for the idiling sensor. And I don’t waist my hard working money. Hence I went the extra mile from ordering it directly from the creator/Bussiness himself. And I also don’t have money to waist on aromax who promises fast delivery and take weeks to deliver. You are really useless here in South Africa. And don’t come with stupid excuses I ordered gifts and presents etc from China that get shipped from china to America, Paris all the time and it gets delivered within 6-9 days. If they say it will be delivered within 4 days even it gets delivered within 4 days I never ordered and use aromax for America and France delivery and it was late. So please do your jobs and hire qualified people to work with our packages.
