Very very very poor delivery service

Hi I've ordered somethings from shein and they use aramex logistics as courier I've placed my order on 27/11/2023 and aramex picked it up on 29/11/2023 on the 6th December 23 it landed in South Africa up until now it only moved from Johannesburg to Sandton and back I'm in the Western Cape and I've ordered it for Christmas so please ifvyou have a deadline never ever use them or think twice before using them if i can rate them zero I'll do so
