Very very poor service, actually No Service

DBP*** No package after numerous days of waiting, lies and more lies from app and call centre alike. Held on for hours. Package was received 2 December 21, received sms's from 3rd, no one showed up with my promiced delivery. Message on app said I could not be reached/ was not available. But I was home the entire time, nothing. It seems like Aramex has a problem. All the bad reviews worldwide. What is happening, the people are not receiving their packages. Are our packages ending up as somebody else's gifts???? Just a question.
