VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FROM ARAMEX

I parcel has still not been delivered. Arrived at ARAMEX SANDTON on 15 dec 2022. Its now 21 Dec 2022 and I still have not recieved my parcel. Various phone call later. hours on the phone. You live remote so a 3rd party will deliver. Dont get any updates. There is absolutely no customer service which you pay for. Just logged a complaint which will take 24 hours to resolve. Its absolutely disgusting and no service.
