Very useless company

Aramex offer nonsense service. This is my 3rd time experiencing such awful service. I thought to give them a chance but I shot myself on the foot. I dropped off my parcel at a Pick n Pay on Soweto going to Mokopane on the 20th Feb. Today is the 28th and still nothing has been done. When you call them it's either a consultant is so very rude and doesn't want to help and hangs up the phone and they don't even introduce themselves on the phone or someone will promise that it has been escalated but still there's nothing after a day or 2 or send an email and the consultant doesn't even acknowledge your email and still nothing has been done. Their service is beyond poor. It actually stinks. I don't understand how can such a big company have so much of bad service and even when people complain they do nothing about it. I will NEVER use their services ever again or even to recommend it to someone. They are useless. I'm so ****ed off.
