Very unprofessional and horrible service.

Absolutely unprofessional. I sent a package to my customer on the 17 of February and it's the 5th of March today and my customer hasn't received it. I have never worked with such a bad courier company. When I call to check what's going on, all they tell is they will get back to me and they NEVER do!!!! I will never use this courier company again. A package should never take this long to go from pmb to jhb. Looks like I will need to open a charge of theft against this company!!!
