Very slow delivery

I am very disappointed in the service of Aramex.I bought a package on the internet that came from Netherlands.It literally only took a couple of days to ship from there to South-Africa,and then here in SA it takes over a week and a half to ship it from Johannesburg to Potchefstroom.I have sent numerous e-mails to customer support and they reply with answers that don't even make sence.I have shown enough patience and I am sick of waiting,they are just so slow.I don't even know if my package is going to arrive.
