Very rude

I phoned to query my delivery to find out where it is as it was supposed to have been on its way to me on Friday according to Nebalicia. The lady I spoke to this Monday morning at 08:17 was extremely rude and kept overriding me by telling me that it will be delivered today. You need to insist that your personnel listen to the customers instead of railroading them. Did the person on Friday lie to me after saying that she will get the driver to phone me of his location?
