Very poor services and so unprofessional

I don’t know how Aramex works… for the first time I’m experiencing such a heartache over my shipment that is not moving since the 21 October. No contact from them whatsoever. Been tryna call them waiting on the line and not getting through to any consultant. Today iis my estimated delivery date but there is no progress on my parcel moving or any contact for customs. Unfortunately I didn’t choose this courier but the company Shein did. Usually I get baffalo logistics and have only experienced five star treatment from them and their efficiency is on point. They always send me an invoice and when payment is done they dispatch your parcel without me having to ever call them or ask them for anything, they communicate without fail. I’m sitting here depressed where my parcel is and if I will ever get it because I have tried everything hence i came here to share😒
