Very poor service from Aramex SA

Experienced very bad service from Aramex. Parcel dropped at Pick’nPay Randfontein before 12:00 on 15 Dec. Pick’nPay confirmed pick up by Aramex. Almost a week and still not delivered. Can’t even track the parcel. Pick’nPay is taking reputational risk for associating with Aramex…
