Very poor service from Aramex

Poor service. They promise delivery within 3 days. I bought a smart watch and the parcell was dropped at Pick a Pay Aramex drop box on the 5/11/20 and have still not the parcel. After tracking the parcell its still at the sorting facility. Realy.? Very very poor service. Wil never use them again!
