Very Poor Service !!!

My parcel has been cleared for almost a week now but it's still not delivered and when I call no one answers and if someone does, my call gets transferred or dropped@AramexSA is this how you treat your customers?

Now i can't even go on holiday because i don't even know when will my parcel arrive if it will.
