Very poor service and not trustworthy...never use them

I used aramex overnight delivery from EL to my customer in Cape Town and my client received the package about a week later, but the products I sent were replaced with teabags. I am very dissapointed with aramex service. I had to use a different courier to resend the products, meaning that I had to pay twice and lost stock.
