Very poor service

The service of Aramax is actually beyond appauling. I have a parcel that was sent for overnight courier, and 6 days later i dont have my parcel. When we call Aramax the workers are rude and cant give reasons for the parcel being delayed. No one can say when i will receive my parcel; instead the lady working there says she has no go home its 5pm what do i expect her to do at 5pm. What about my parcel that iv been waiting for for almost a week now. Disgusting to say the least. Personally i think people should not use Aramax if they are looking for great service. Because the value of whats in that package nobody cares about. And i suspect they have lost the parcel.
