Very poor and unreliable service

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY!! This is the most unreliable and pathetic courier company I ever dealt with. For days, every day I would receive a message stating that a parcel would be delivered, and come the end of day, nothing was delivered. I only received lame excuses which are a bunch of lies. They claimed that I was not available, however, I have been available and waiting for the delivery every day
