Very frustrated customer

I am writing to enquire about the delivery scheduled for December 28th, which I have been calling about every day. Despite my consistent follow-ups, I have not received any assistance or updates regarding the status of my delivery.

Could you please provide the reason why my delivery has been sent back to the shipper?
