Very dissatisfied with Aramex

Worst service I received from a courier company. My parcel was due to be delivered Tuesday 31 August 2021, it’s the 2nd September and I have heard nothing from the company. Each time I call I’m told my parcel is on the way. I’m very disappointed and it’s distasteful that they have contracted with Nike to do their shipment.
