VERY DISGUSTED

If I could have said - 3 stars I would have... My first parcels packaging got to me damaged, I waited almost 2 weeks just for taxes amount, then when my parcel was out for delivery the courier only came a day after the scheduled date because according to him he does not deliver "villages" on the first day and I'm actually just staying in a new phase our company built, NOT a village. Second parcel I received my taxes amount fast but I am waiting almost 2 weeks for customs clearance as of today. Where it's supposed to be ACCORDING to them maximum 5 working days.
