Very bad service and manners

Driver by name David now twice in 2 day left without the parcels, waited less then 5 min, on caneras at our company, he is very arrogant with no manners, i ask him to wait 2 minutes since he arrived here again, i fetch the papers within 2 minute he left again, our company can not use this useless man again he need to be fired , he is gone cost us lost of income. I dont want him here agian, if i see him here again i will not this company again ever and we use them many times.
