Very bad service and looses packages.

Dropped a parcel in one of the posting boxes at Pick & Pay Express, BP Pinehaven on 5 December 2022 and received a Tracking number with the notification that shipment was created. Up to this day the package was not delivered. On 5 January 2023 I logged a complaint and received a Case number. Upon following up on the case, the Client Services operator told me that they are still busy with the case because they never received the package and was never in possession of it. They cant find the package that was in their bin and now I am running the loss.
