Very bad service

We dropped a parcel at their drop box which was going to a customer, a few days later we did not receive a massage that the parcel was collected we then called their head office where they told us port elizabeth brach would call us which they never did until we went to them our selves. And when we got there they disputed that we did drop the parcel. We then told them they must go check the footage at the store as we did already and the store confirm we did drop the parcel. They then ask for time to go check the footage after two day they then send an email that they did check the footage and can confirm that we did drop the parcel and they found out it went to a wrong customer. After another 3days were called to come collect what was in the packet and they refuse to refund us the cost for the courier that we paid them. They had a very bad service and the floor manager was very roode and not even respond to emails. For 2time we had very bad experience with this companies port elizabeth branch. Will never use them again not even refer a customer there.
