VERY BAD SERVICE

On 5/06/20 I send a drop box parcel DBP*** from Port Shepstone to Mthata. I start to quiering it and fond that on the 9/06/20 It was on its way from East London to Mthata. I called Aramex on various telephones eventially I got through to Cape Town. They assured me via a SMS that the parcel will be delivered by 10 am on Friday the 13/6. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. On 15/06 at 9h00 I phoned HO *** and spoke to a Anilize she said she will come back to me. it is now 11h34. Tried to call this number and it just keep on wringing.
