VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!

Aramex is nonsense people must not use it, I use it for my business and they have disappointed me so many times. They will accept your parcel and come back to you after few days to tell you that your area is the village it will take time to be delivered. They won't even bother to call you but they have all your details. The stuff is very rude no customer service!!!!
