Very bad service

I had to rate you with 1 star in order to write a review otherwise it would have been -1million stars. Aramex is very bad when it comes to delivery. I've been waiting for my order since last week Wednesday and it's still sitting in final destination sorting. I'm losing out on a great deal of time and money due to your delay in delivery. I was a dispatch manager myself and never in my career have I come across such incompetence. Shame on you! Here's your message when tracking the shipment from last week 18th 'till date: "Current activity: Shipment is on its way to final destination sorting facility and will be updated once ready for collection/delivery"
